For the Astronomy and Space Science Museum at Science City, we designed and developed immersive interactive games that blend education with hands-on engagement. The Docking Maneuver Game challenges visitors to dock a satellite to the International Space Station (ISS) using a joystick, emphasizing the importance of position, speed, and angle in successful space missions. Through this realistic simulation, players experience the precision and skill required for real-world space docking.
The Satellite Orbiter Game allows visitors to explore different orbital paths and satellite positions. By adjusting parameters like eccentricity, inclination angle, and semi-major axis, players simulate real satellite orbits, learning about the dynamics of space navigation. These games are not only highly educational and engaging but have also become a popular paid attraction in the museum gallery, enhancing the visitor experience while making complex space science concepts fun and interactive.
